  • "LCD faults only" This service is only for when your central LCD has failed. Intermittently, the LCD is on/off or completely dead, but all other aspects of the instrument cluster work perfectly; this is the service to go for.

  • All part numbers are now repaired and re-manufactured.

  • Keys information of transaction:

This service is a repair/ rebuild for your instrument cluster. You are not buying a part from us. Once you have purchased our repair service, you will send your instrument cluster to us, which will be repaired/rebuilt and returned to you.

Our repair/rebuild turnaround times are 1 to 3 working days. Once your instrument cluster is returned to you, it will simply plug in and play. You will not lose any programmed information or mileage data.

Suppose any codes or DTCs need to be deleted from the vehicle. In that case, this information, along with any further tips and advice, will be included in the return package.

    Previously tampered units:

Before you buy and pay for the repair service, we suggest you contact us if your instrument cluster has been worked on or previously tampered with. After we have received your part, if it has been previously tampered with, we will inform you of any additional work to be carried out. Suppose we cannot repair your part to our high standards due to the previous unprofessional tamper. In that case, a minimal test fee will be charged at £39.50 plus VAT (return carriage included).

    Warranty:

All our instrument cluster repairs come with a 2-year standard warranty on all repairs. Our Lifetime Warranty remains intact as long as you own the vehicle, i.e., for 10 years. You will have a full part and labour warranty for the duration of this time.

    Turnaround time:

90% of all our repairs/rebuilds of all instrument clusters are completed within 24 hours. The maximum time frame for all repairs is between 1 to 3 working days. If your instrument cluster is worse for wear and needs longer attention and testing times, we will contact you to inform you throughout the repair service. Walk-in while-you-wait services are available on request.

    Delivery:

We highly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery to get your part to us. Once your repairs have been completed, your instrument cluster will be returned on a DPD next-day fully tracked and insured (up to £150) express service. This service also includes a text and email notification system that will alert you when your parcel is about to be delivered. If you wish to have your part insured for a higher value, you can increase this by contacting us. Additional charges apply.
